flexsguard.com alone. Ordering hands you over to a checkout page run by our authorised retail partner, which operates under its own policy and says so before you type anything in.

Your payment card is not on that list. It is entered on the retail partner's encrypted checkout and never travels through this site.

- Understanding in aggregate which pages get read, so the weak ones get rewritten.
- Meeting the record-keeping duties the law places on us.

Cookies in practice
Some are strictly necessary for a page to render. The rest count visits without trying to work out who you are. Any current browser can block or clear both in a couple of clicks, and flexsguard.com still works properly afterwards.
Other parties involved
Three: the company hosting this site, the provider carrying our support email, and the retail partner who takes payment and ships the parcel. Each may use what it sees only to provide that service to us. Anything wider happens only where a law or a valid legal process demands it.
How long
Support threads: up to 24 months, so a follow-up does not mean starting again. Server logs: far shorter, for security purposes only. Then gone.
Your rights over it
Depending on where you live, you may request a copy, a correction, an erasure, or object to a specific use. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. We may verify who you are first, which protects you rather than delays you.
Under-18s
FlexGuard is intended for adults over 18. Nothing on this site is aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold their information. Say so if you believe otherwise and it is deleted.
Updates
A revision changes the date under the title, and anything material is flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
